Rendering performance worthy of the flagship name

The SIGMA 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN II Art, the second generation of a highly successful lens, is known for its optical performance. It features improved resolution throughout the zoom range and maintains high sharpness even at maximum aperture. This lens produces a large, beautiful bokeh effect and is engineered to minimize focus breathing. It incorporates six FLD glass elements, two SLD glass elements, and five aspherical lens elements to suppress aberrations and achieve high resolution. The inclusion of five high-precision aspherical lenses enables both superior optical performance and a compact design. The lens offers excellent close-up capabilities with a minimum focusing distance of 17 cm. It is designed to minimize flare and ghosting, ensuring rich, high-contrast results in all conditions. Additionally, the lens exhibits minimal focus breathing, creating natural-looking focus pulls for video recording.
